What's Happening at WREN this Week

HI FRIENDS,
Talk about a cold snap! From fluctuating temps and early winter
storms to crazy busy days in the store, this October has definitely kept us on our toes. How are you feeling, now that November is on the horizon? Are you finding ways to stay creative?

Now that our first online course has come and gone, we are getting so excited for what’s ahead. In addition to our online business-focused courses, we’ve got a collage card class with Kristine Lingle, a wrap bracelet making workshop with Rebecca Perry, and a holiday candle collaboration with Helen Friedman from Country Farm Candles. Wahoo!

Have you signed up yet? As always, we believe in showing support and spreading the love to our vendors, makers, and community members in all kinds of creative ways. This season, we hope you will register for one (or
all three!) of these fabulous in-person courses. Trust us, these instructors are just as amazing as the things they create.

Read on to see what else is coming up soon at WREN, including Gallery openings, holiday pop up shows, “ Arts at Adair” updates, our annual meeting, and more!

This Friday, 10/30, the Gallery at WREN opens “Gathering” , a new exhibition featuring the work of potter Sarah Burns and artist Gretchen Woodman.

“Gathering” explores the dynamic relationships we have between both objects and other living beings. These relationships are expressed through Burns’ pottery pieces and
sculptures, as well as Woodman’s animal-inspired drawings and paintings, and the interplay between these works, is in one simple
word, magic. Come check out the show!

“Gathering” Show Dates: October 30 – November 30

Gallery at WREN Hours :
OPEN: 11am–5pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

CLOSED: Wednesday and Sunday
