Join oil painter Linda McDermott for a wonderful afternoon exploring the art of painting animals. Whether you are drawn to farm animals, beloved pets, or wildlife, this four-hour studio session invites you to capture the personality and soul of your animal subject through paint.

Linda is an oil painter based in New Hampshire and Rhode Island who has studied with local and nationally recognized artists, as well as through RISD Continuing Education. She has a deep love for animals and brings that connection into every painting she creates, hoping to raise awareness of animal welfare by bringing her subjects to life on canvas.

This class is suitable for painters of all levels. Come ready to observe, explore, and enjoy a relaxed and creative atmosphere.
