Preparing for the Launch of Your Business 

Module Thirteen is designed to help you to identify and organize the people, processes, systems and procedures required to launch and operate your business. By the end of the module you will be able to:

  1. Identify the legal and regulatory tasks that must be completed before you launch your business.
  2. Map, document and organize your production processes and procedures.
  3. Identify and develop policies and procedures for recruiting, hiring and managing employees.
  4. Identify the accounting procedures that need to be put into place to document daily transactions, pay employees and file federal, state and local taxes.
