Meet at the Littleton Rail Trail Village to try Nordic Walking with Marianne Borowski of Cross New Hampshire Adventure Trail (xNHAT)!
Nordic Walking is fitness walking with poles. It's great for balance, and walking with poles uses more of your entire body, with greater intensity, so you're building core strength and arm strength, and increasing your heart rate over regular walking.
If you have hiking poles or cross country skiing poles, bring them; plenty of poles will be available if you don't have your own.
Marianne will lead the group on the newly resurfaced rail trail.
